Ordering & Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as payments through Bank Transfer. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make a change. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to assist you.
You can apply a discount code during the checkout process. There will be a field labeled "Discount Code" or "Promo Code" where you can enter your code before completing the payment.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer several shipping options, including Standard (5-7 business days), Express (2-3 business days), and Next Day Air. You can select your preferred method at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our full Return Policy page for more details.
